How do I order a collage?

What forms of payment do you except?
We accept VISA, Checks, and Money Orders. VISA is processed over the phone and a receipt is sent with finished collage.

How do I send you my pictures for a custom collage?
Once the order is received, we will mail you an envelope and either a blank CD or thumb drive, depending on which technology you are more comfortable using. If you are tech savvy and know how to use and FTP clients we can also accept pictures that way.

What file formats do you accept photos?
The recommended file type is high resolution JPEG. The quality of the collage relies heavy on the quality of the photos being used. We are not accountable for low resolution images turning out poorly on collages. If you would like to send us an image via email to get our expert opinion on the quality of your photos, we can do that as well.

How long does it take to get my collage?
The turn around time on a collage should be no more than 3-5 business days. Custom collages can take up to two weeks depending on how fast you get the photos delivered to us.
